Second, when you create an EliteAdjuster or HotelTrak Claims At-a-Glance Account, initiate Click to Chat customer support, or complete an online form to participate in a survey and/or download information, we may collect information, such as your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, contact preferences, etc. How we use your personal information The personal information we collect allows us to occasionally keep in contact with you.
