Joseph Tate graduated from Methodist University in 2010 after studying Finance and Economics. He began his career in Operations Management with American Honda Finance Corporation. Joseph interned with Temporary Accommodations in 2006 and 2009, and then decided to join the Temporary Accommodations team permanently in 2011. Our company handles every stage of the temporary housing life cycle, so Joseph’s skill set in business to business processes has made him an ideal leader for our company. At American Honda, Joseph structured both internal and external business operations, and was a credit analyst. Joseph has spent time in every financial department of Temporary Accommodations. His personal work strategy of being a humble leader and encouraging sustainable innovation has led to tremendous organic growth at Temporary Accommodations. Aside from hiring, training, and directing day to day operations at the Temporary Accommodations headquarters, Joseph’s role heavily involves maintaining relationships with our national clients in the insurance industry. We partner with executives in both real estate and corporate housing enterprises from coast to coast to magnify our housing network. Joseph shares our soul for achieving absolute customer satisfaction with all parties involved in each claim. Joseph’s first major improvements to Temporary Accommodations came in leveraging our partnerships with top national hotel brands to ensure our guests get the best hotel rate anywhere in the U.S. Since then, Joseph continues to improve our B2B relationships in conjuncture with our sales and disaster response teams. The attention Joseph gives to training new employees stems from his motto of creating sustainable growth within our company. We pride ourselves on efficiency, and the fuel for that efficiency comes from our highly trained staff and vast network of business partners. Joseph’s personable customer service toward every level of clientele is exemplary. In his free time, Joseph likes traveling, hanging out at the lake, and staying involved in our community.
